"My experience with this agent has always been positive, for the 8 years I have been here. They are knowledgable and polite, and always resolve questions or issues promptly. When we had major storm damage last year, they had a check in my hands in a few days, even before anyone was able to get here to assess the damage. I have been with State Farm for 50 years and have never had a problem with their payment of claims. I have also never been able to to find a lower premium for comparable coverage. They have earned my loyalty many times."
